Had to have my car towed in on short notice about 3:00 pm Tuesday Service person Brianna arranged Enterprise rental immediately. Brianna emailed me the next morning explaining the problem .And also some recommended additional services I needed based on mileage; most all of which I accepted. I was able to pick up my car Friday morning.

The oil and filter change was quick. Had received a flyer for it at around $79 and some change plus a $10 off for the service. The bill came to $97 and some change and was told the cost of the oil was more because it was 0w-20 grade. the bill was emailed to me and after reading it I noticed the grade of oil used was 5w-30. I called Harnish and was transferred to a manager who after viewing my account told me I was overcharged $27 and some change and would reimburse me for the overcharge and call me when the cheque was ready to pick up, that was 4/9/2025, it is now 4/11/2025 at 11 AM and still have not received a call, so I'm still waiting.

Steven Backman made our transaction so smooth. We live 3.5 hours away and did everything he could to make the purchase as easy as possible! We had a few hiccups with delivery but Steven, James, and Courtland were able to straighten everything out no problem. Can’t recommend them enough!

We came in just looking at trucks. Either the chevy silverado or gmc sierra. John Valentin walked us around the lot. Took us on a test drive no pressure. We left with information that we needed. Went to two other dealers test drive the 2025 Denali, next day called John told him what we wanted. He looked for a few days. That Saturday we took home our new 2025 Denali,
