I dropped my vehicle off for a safety recall and when I received a message that the vehicle was ready I responded to message but didn't get a notification that the mailbox was full. So my response was not received and I was unable to retrieve my vehicle when I went to get it. Even though I had a lot going on that day I probably should have followed up with a phone call to ensure my message was received. Overall, the notifications I received with the detailed list of work performed was impressive.

I had an appointment for an oil change Express Service but had to wait two ours for the service to complete. The customer service person was apologetic but there was no rationale for why the service was delayed and why so much of my time was consumed. Additionally, the technician performing the work was ambivalent and was conversing with peers despite the service reps request for him to wrap things up.

I am writing to share my recent experience with the service performed on my 2019 Yukon SLT XL. During my last oil change, I was informed that my oil pressure should not dip below the 18 marks. I brought the vehicle in due to an issue where the oil pressure would fluctuate, dropping below 18 marks, and causing noticeable shaking while idling in drive at a complete stop with a temperature approximately 210 degrees. Per the invoice, I was charged $3,260.00 for the following services: • Replacement of the driver-side engine mount. • Resealing of the upper oil pan and oil pan replacement. • Oil change • 4-wheel alignment. Additionally, I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket for three days because the required part was not available, which added to the overall inconvenience and cost of this service. After receiving my vehicle back, I drove it, and within a few days, the oil pressure dropped to around the 15 mark again, accompanied by light shaking. While the shaking is less severe than before, the primary issue that prompted my visit has not been fully resolved. The oil pressure and light shaking do not happen on a regular basis. I have owned vehicles from Acura (Harnish), Honda (South Tacoma), and Subaru (Harnish), and in every instance where a service required more than a day, a courtesy vehicle was provided free of charge. I find it disappointing that this standard of customer care was not extended in this case, especially considering the significant amount spent on repairs. I was hesitant to respond to the dealership’s review request due to concerns about potential retaliation. However, I feel it is essential to provide candid feedback about my experience to ensure improvements are made where necessary.

Jun was awesome and helpful during our entire buying experience that started back in December. We gave him a specific buying time frame and he made sure to reach out prior to that which helped us figure out that we would need to put in a special order for the model we wanted. Answered all our questions immediately. We were able to get our car when we wanted to. What we probably appreciated the most was that he was informative but wasn't pushy about it. Accepted our "no"s when we said them. Appreciated everyone at the dealership making it a smooth and stress free experience! Mahalo!

I had a scheduled oil and filter change for 11am. My vehicle did not even get touched until after 1:15. I waited in the customer area and not once did I receive an update that techs were running behind or anything like that.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ciera Northrup in the Service Department at GMC Chevrolet Puyallup, and I can confidently say she provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from the Service department. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to assist. Cierra took the time to understand my needs, the situation and patiently walked me through all my options and even waited until I arrived, ensuring I was taken care of. Not only did she keep me updated throughout the entire process, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly and in a timely manner. She even took the extra step to make sure everything was running smoothly after the repairs, ensuring I felt completely confident driving off the lot. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the work were truly impressive. I truly wish every employee in the Service Department at GMC Chevrolet Puyallup was as caring and hardworking as Ciera.
