Confirmed Service Customer
For years now I’ve been getting my services done. The past few visits I haven’t even wanted to come back but I have because of my warranty. The service isn’t the same as it once was. More than once now I’ve sat at the car wash awaiting help while watching several employees pass by or near me not saying anything (someone will be right with you, I will let someone know that you are here, how may I be of service, our car wash is currently closed, etc) so I just leave. The ladies inside are pleasant but very short. When you’ve been coming in for years getting a service for free that came included with your car purchase & things change, you should let the customers know before they have the service done, not after.
