No issue with the service team or advisor. They are wonderful and helpful. My issue is the quality of work and product. I’ve mentioned this in a couple other reviews recently. Around 60k-70k miles, I went through a lot for new brakes. After multiple visits, changes, repairs, we finally got good brakes. My car is now at 93k miles and I was advised I need new front brakes. Not sure how the first brakes lasted 60k-70k and these new ones lasted only 23k? Either the products or work is poor or the inspection recommendation is poor. What do I trust? How can I trust? This is just the most recent issue. I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought the car here and I am disappointed.
