Confirmed Service Customer

I got a 50,000 mile service. I was there from 850-230. I have to stay since you don't offer loaners and I live in Renton. Is this a standard amount of time for this service? I literally had a hysterectomy in less time. Also, I wanted to get my service done at Good in Renton since it's closer to my home but was told that if I did I would lose my free oil changes.
