Confirmed Service Customer
Dissapointed with the communication skills. Brought in my truck. Got it looked at and they sent me a bid for 1500$ for a repair. Nothing on the bid said anything about what the tech found, why this issue was happening, what the recommendations were or what the scope of work even included. I spoke with service manager Peter and he had agreed to accommodate my request to get a new bid sent out with proper wording in shoet manner. I had called later after speaking with him to check on the status of that only to find out he had left the office and didnt bother to communicate the delay with me. Im ok if something came up and you needed more time, but id expect at least a courtesy text. I tried to call again the next day but i was transferred to a voice mail. Left a voice mail but never got a call back. Communication is huge for me. Im not a fan of the apathy for any given customer.
