Leah is AMAZING! I'm so glad she is my dedicated service rep. She is quick to respond and considerate of my needs. She keeps to her word and instills trust with the customer. I thought it was just me she was being good to until I witnessed her professional exchanges with other customers, which were just as amazing. The only view I get of the maintenance team is the results of the servicing to my truck, which I appreciate.
