My experience was great and my service associate Erin was wonderful. The overall oil change, engine filter change, and tire rotation was done in just over a half hour and my recent recall was also addressed. Truly impressive time duration with quality service and great customer service.

Good scheduling no problem with a rental but when I got my truck back they left my center cap on my back tire loose I called to ask why three times got no response fourth time I finally talk to some one and I was told they did no have a answer and so we left it at that humm ?

When I made my appointment I requested that you also install mud flaps. I was there for a recall. They said great, we can do that. When I got there the mad flaps needed to be ordered. That should have been done before I got there. There was 3 weeks between calling for the appointment and bringing the truck in. Why wasn���t it taken care of? Now I have to bring the truck in again.
