I came in today just needing a part replaced due to a recall on my 2021 GMC pickup. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and the ability to get in so quickly. When I arrived for the appointment, Erin Kammeyer was there to assist me. She is a rock star and provided me with an explanation in detail of what would take place and how long it would take. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle she provided me with a car wash voucher since my vehicle would not fit in their wash bay. I felt like a priority and not just another number throughout my whole experience there. KUDOS to Erin and the rest of the team!
