Initially, I encountered significant difficulties; however, we have since moved past those issues, and everything is now proceeding as expected. Recently, I noticed that the reverse and fold-in functions of my SUV's mirrors were not operating properly. I did not check the dashboard settings, as I did not expect it to reset to the "stop" state automatically. When I requested assistance, I was informed that a diagnostic fee would apply. In the future, as a courtesy, it might be helpful to say, let's first check the settings—since these features have a tendency to reset—rather than immediately incurring a diagnostic charge. Courtesy if you will NOT just taking everyone who walks in as a $$$. I do appreciate the forward progress in our relationship.
