From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to assist. Cierra took the time to understand my needs, the situation and patiently walked me through all my options and even waited until I arrived, ensuring I was taken care of. Not only did she keep me updated throughout the entire process, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly and in a timely manner. She even took the extra step to make sure everything was running smoothly after the repairs, ensuring I felt completely confident driving off the lot. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the work were truly impressive.
