Review Details

I will say that James was great and I am happy with my purchase. However Isaiah was very very very green. He was fun and very nice to talk to which is great, however he honestly was not listening to what my three requirements were which was dual climate, driver motorized seat controls, and heated seats. That is all I wanted I did not want leather, did not need a sunroof or all the extras. He kept showing us the opposite of that many times over. He also did not know anything about the features in the car, like literally nothing. I had to figure everything out after I left and going through the user manual. I don���t expect someone to know 100% of the features but that was frustrating. Ty was also not very friendly in the beginning, James definitely saved the day and helped us out majorly and then everyone else seemed to change to a nicer demeanor. Kevin from finance was so nice and really made that process the quickest and easiest I have ever had. Overall a good experience but I think salespeople who only have one month of experience in cars should have someone accompany them to make the experience a lot easier and quicker. I would definitely come back for a future purchase though.
