My service advisor was very friendly and I received prompt information. The actual service itself was a bit frustrating. I brought my truck in for 3 issues and only one was able to be addressed by ordering a part that I will need to come back to have installed. The recall has no remedy, which seems ridiculous to me and, while there is a service advisory on the wireless charging pad, there is no fix. These are issues that should have been corrected by GM long ago, as this vehicle (3rd gen Canyon) has been in production now for 2 years.
