Did a lot of new vehicle research to figure out what I needed/wanted, and Harnish had it. Ellie and Kaytlind were great with answering questions online. Made my appointment, told them I'm coming to take this 2024 Terrain AT4 home, and Kaytlind made sure I knew what I needed to bring. Sean called me to confirm my appointment time and greeted me outside when I arrived. Sean was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about explaining technology to me. Very pleasant to work with for the sale, felt like honest human interaction, not just someone taking my money. Sean deserves a raise and a nice vacation. No other employee said hello to me except for Mike, the money guy. Mike was welcoming, and I felt like he made sure I understood my warranties correctly and what could void them. As a first time, new car buyer, I felt cared for through the process. Hopefully, future follow-up services are similar experiences. Thanks, Sean and Mike!
