Confirmed Service Customer
When I bought my truck I was sold on "Purchase with us and receive free oil changes for as long as you own the truck" So to my surprise when I arrived for my oil changes I was threatened with "do more service work with us or we will pull your free oil changes from you" Which has never have been brought up to me before. Yes am I behind on my service! That's my fault, I travel from Seattle to your location and it can be a pain in the butt, but I do it because I felt loyalty and an sincere sense of family because of the friendship I established with Reggie my sales rep. I agreed to to have my 50k service done with your location 1. Because I need to get it done 2. Because I don't want to lose my free oil changes 3. Because this was embarrassing because it was brought up in a room full of people which I could only describe and insulting and completely out of line. After an hour and 15 not one person had come to talk to me about my truck. No additional work needed on my truck. Which had been discussed with everyone that walked in the door with in 5-10 minutes of their car being pulled into the service bay. I felt one hour and 15 minutes was a generous amount of time to wait seeing it was a little later in the afternoon and I know schedules run behind. I walked out front to see my truck just sitting in the bay, no one working on it. Techs on their phones, taking vape breaks and conversing with other employees. I gave that a good five minutes hoping someone would be walking in the finished paper work. Nope, so I proceed to the service desk to ask what seems to be the hold up. I was told "it's finished but no one has brought me the keys and I was busy with another customer up stairs" This was very upsetting and not wanting to lose my cool I walked back outside while the service coordinator decided he wanted to go get the paperwork and close me out. While standing out there I was finally approached about the addtional work my truck needed and asked if I wanted to do it? Every oild change I have ever done with your company I have never needed to point out what needed to be done on my truck that has always been a standard when arrive. It's the level of service I drive 45-50 minutes for. It's the level of service that would have gained my business for the purchase of my next truck. I'm sure I can find better treatment closer to home it's just sad that I have to go that route. My time is just as valuable as anyone reading this review. If I every happen to come back and I am an hour and 1:30 minutes late I will make sure I bring a piece of candy to make it all better
