I recently had the pleasure of working with Ciera Northrup in the Service Department at GMC Chevrolet Puyallup, and I can confidently say she provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from the Service department. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to assist. Cierra took the time to understand my needs, the situation and patiently walked me through all my options and even waited until I arrived, ensuring I was taken care of. Not only did she keep me updated throughout the entire process, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly and in a timely manner. She even took the extra step to make sure everything was running smoothly after the repairs, ensuring I felt completely confident driving off the lot. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the work were truly impressive. I truly wish every employee in the Service Department at GMC Chevrolet Puyallup was as caring and hardworking as Ciera. She set the bar for what excellent customer service should be, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her commitment to getting my vehicle back in perfect condition. If you need top-notch service, I highly recommend working with Ciera Northrup — she’s a true gem!

I had my 2017 Acadia Limited in for replacement of one of my tire sensors. As I turned on my ignition to bring it in, I noticed a check engine icon lit up on my dash. I was provided with an estimate to check it out. I knew that there had been an open recall for the airbag that was waiting for parts on. It turns out that Harnish had the airbag and were able to replace it. The check engine was due to something that was a known issue and the whole thing actually cost less than my original estimate. They gave me a shuttle ride home, so I didn't have to sit around for hours while it was worked on. Very happy with everything here!

No issue with the service team or advisor. They are wonderful and helpful. My issue is the quality of work and product. I’ve mentioned this in a couple other reviews recently. Around 60k-70k miles, I went through a lot for new brakes. After multiple visits, changes, repairs, we finally got good brakes. My car is now at 93k miles and I was advised I need new front brakes. Not sure how the first brakes lasted 60k-70k and these new ones lasted only 23k? Either the products or work is poor or the inspection recommendation is poor. What do I trust? How can I trust? This is just the most recent issue. I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought the car here and I am disappointed.

Dissapointed with the communication skills. Brought in my truck. Got it looked at and they sent me a bid for 1500$ for a repair. Nothing on the bid said anything about what the tech found, why this issue was happening, what the recommendations were or what the scope of work even included. I spoke with service manager Peter and he had agreed to accommodate my request to get a new bid sent out with proper wording in shoet manner. I had called later after speaking with him to check on the status of that only to find out he had left the office and didnt bother to communicate the delay with me. Im ok if something came up and you needed more time, but id expect at least a courtesy text. I tried to call again the next day but i was transferred to a voice mail. Left a voice mail but never got a call back. Communication is huge for me. Im not a fan of the apathy for any given customer.
